If you use this option we will communicate receipt of cancellation without delay.

We may with hold reimbursement for directly supplied goods until said returned goods are received back from you, or you have supplied evidence of goods of having sent back the goods whichever is sooner.

You shall send goods or hand them back to us at 2, Stretton Heath, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England, SY5 9EF no later than 14 days following the date on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us, for which signed acknowledgement from our authorised representative will be supplied on receipt of the goods.

If the direct cost of returning the goods can not be calculated in advance you will have to bear the cost of return of goods. You will be liable to bear any cost relating to diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in accordance with manufacturers specification.

If you requested the performance of services within the cancellation period you will reimburse us for services performed prior to cancellation.
