Safety Policy Compliance

We operate a safety policy whilst working on site to reduce risk through use of safe work systems. Staff and contractors MUST maintain compliance with safe working systems at all times.

Risk Assessment

Risk assessment includes forsight of what could go wrong

All work requested will be subject to generic risk assessment before any operation is carried out.
Risk assessment procedures are designed to reduce hazards and risks for both repairer, customer, general public, and equipment.

Whilst working on site we will co-operate with all reasonable safety instructions given by site managers / supervisors or their representatives.

Approved codes of practice

We will carry out all motor vehicle repair work as far as reasonably practical in accordance with procedures published in the Health and Safety Executives (HSE)) guide "Health & Safety in Motor Vehicle Repair".

Working at the roadside

We will use Safe Roadside Working procedures when undertaking any roadside breakdown assistance.

Fluorinated Gases F-GAS Regulations

FGAS regulations (EU 517/2014) apply to the handling of certain refrigerants used in the air conditioning, cooling and refrigeration systems fitted to some motor vehicles.

Mobile Air Conditioning (MAC) Directive

The MAC Directive 2006/40/EC determines types of refrigerant which can be used in motor vehicles introducing restrictions based on date of manufacture
